    Very good

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The price was good and the room was appropriate for what we needed (nothing fancy). The location was midway between our different points of interest. The view from the back deck was very nice.

The room was not quite as bright/updated as it was pictured.

    Fabulous

I loved the rustic rooms with the private balcony facing the water.

We were in a cabin. The locationwas pretty as it terraced down to the water.

    Good

Rate was competitive for a holiday weekend (Labor Day). Accomodations were typical low-price motel. Not great if you are used to major chains, but good enough if you are just crashing after a long day of outdoor activities. The cottages looked cute, but we just stayed in the motel portion. The rooms were quiet. There was a nice private deck that overlooked the property and Belfast Bay. Our room had a small refrigerator (not all did). Supplied real glasses and cups and provided coffee in the room.

Just average motel style accomodations ala bed/sheet/towels/pillows/shower/tv, etc. No hairdryer in room, but could ask for extras like hairdryer, pillows, etc.

    Good

Location to the water was excellent.

We did not get the deluxe room we ordered nor was there any communication to advise us of its unavailability despite an email from us prior to our arrival. After one shower, the hot water was out - many cold showers for our family of four. There were no linens for the pull out couch.

    Superb

The view, cleanliness, quiet, relaxing, area restaurants, waterfronts

It would be nice to have some hooks to hang clothes on. Maybe some kind of activity to get to meet other guests.

It was a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful.

    Fabulous

This is a budget, fairly basic motel without a lot of amenities. However, it is located in a beautiful area in Maine on the say to Acadia National Park and thus convenient if traveling.

WiFi is included, but performance was spotty.

    Fabulous

Great location with wonderful views over the sea. Papa J's diner next door was great for evening meals.

Be careful driving to your cabin - the roads are very uneven and our hire car grounded several times...

    Superb

We were originally booked in a king room but were upgraded to a cottage on arrival. It was delightful, large bed, large shower, hair dryer, kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffee maker, plates and cutlery etc. Amazing location right near the rocky beach. Get your groceries from Toziers (turn right out of hotel complex and drive for about 5 mins, it's on the left. Visit Moose State National Park (turn right out of hotel complex and drive for 2 mins, it's on the right).

    Fabulous

Loved the ocean view and watching the tides

This is not a 4 star hotel but it is very nice for a cottage. The only minus is that the floor is not level and, for a disabled person, this can sometimes make walking a little difficult. We planned to visit area attractions and did, but it takes at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Very beautiful area and we loved it.

    Good

    Rates were reasonable.

Bathrooms and window coverings were shabby and dated. No coffee available in lobby. Furniture and beds in cottage in poor condition.

  • 10.0
    Exceptional

The setting and the individual cabins. A full kitchen was nice as well.
